It's Travel Time, It's Carnival Time

I'm hitting the road this weekend to help my brother move and look for a place to live in Louisville. That's right folks, soon I hope to be back amongst civilization and fresh from the tap alcohol, which amount to the same thing. I have big plans for life in the city, big plans but I won't jinx myself just yet by revealing them here. Instead I have some traditional filler.

It's carnival time and the blogosphere is littered with beads, beer, and anonymous sex. Or maybe not. Still, it's that time of the month when all the great carnivals are posting their newest entries and nothing fills the space like a barrage of linkage. So without further stalling here's this month's great carnivals.

Carnival of the Godless #99
Humanist Symposium #24
Philosopher's Carnival #77
Skeptic's Circle #95
Carnival of the Liberals #73
The Tangled Bank #113

And that's not all. I'm a big fan of the comics and rants of Tim Kreider, a syndicated political cartoonist and web cartoonist. The webcomic version of his work, The Pain When Will it End, is simply hilarious. Recently he posted a comic with a panel that just struck me the right way so I thought I'd share. Remember, all images presented here are copyright Tim Kreider. Don't forget to check out the full comic.
